Refund policy

SUTRAM accepts full priced returns that are submitted within 10 days of receiving your item. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any items purchased at discount.  Full price returns are eligible for a refund or store credit. Please include an image of the item (packaging included) in the Refund Request. Items must be returns unused and in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed less 10% of your order total. Please include the order number and packing slip in your return package.
